Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

When a client cancels without giving enough notice, it may prevent another client from being seen or from attending a workshop. By placing your order, you agree to the cancellation, rescheduling and refund policy.

Appointments

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or any no shows will result in full charges without a refund.

Workshops

Refunds are only given if a course is altered or cancelled by MBS Healing Pty Ltd. If there is a reasonable cause, a minimum of 14 days' notice is required to reschedule or change to a future course date. Any no show or cancellations, or reschedules with less than 14 days' notice will result in full charges without refund.
